Drumz’r Fun PreSchool program.

The Drumz’r fun preschool program was developed in 2023 to help preschool children learn the benefits of playing drums in a safe and friendly environment.

Through the use of drumming games students will learn about rhythm and time through call and response activities designed to be fun and entertaining.

What your child would learn:

Playing along with their favourite music

Reading basic drum notation 

Confidence in learning a cool instrument.

Hand and foot motor skill coordination

Social skills with other musicians

Two concert performances per year.

I use full electronic drumsets designed for 3-5 year olds so they can begin to focus on  easy and basic patterns between the hands and feet.At this age the focus is on slowly and proceeding at the child’s pace.

My goal is for children to want to play drums because its fun and they can come away with confidence in repeating what they have learned.

The Program runs at childcare/kindergarten between 1pm and 3pm.

Cost:$40 per student.

Duration:30 minute lesson.

Electronic drumsets are used for volume control and a user friendly environment.
