Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply.

1.All details of the enrolment must be filled out before lessons commence.

2.Lesson fees are to be paid before the school term commences and are paid on a term by term basis.No exceptions apply.

3.It is the responsibility of the student/parent to maintain all payments at all times.Failure to do so will result in cancellation of lessons.

4.24 hours notice cancellation MINIMUM is required otherwise the lesson will be forfeited.

5.Hearing protection MUST be worn by students for the duration of the lesson

6.Petrol costs will be calculated and applied in addition to the lesson if the teacher is required to travel to the students residence and this is to be paid before the lesson commences.

7.Makeup lessons will be organised by the teacher at a time mutually convenient to both parties If the teacher needs to reschedule.

8.No refunds or reschedules will be issued if a student decides to leave lessons before school term concludes.

9.The school is closed for public and school holidays in accordance with the school term.

10.If a student decides to terminate lessons two weeks notice is required in writing before the conclusion of the term.Failure to do so will result in the subsequent term being charged with no refunds.No exceptions.
